  • API Logs: Endpoints accessed, request IPs, HTTP methods, statuses, and error messages to monitor API health and usage limits.
  • Payment Details: UTR numbers and subscription requests for verifying manual/UPI payments.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and monitor our Service.
  • To manage your account and subscriptions.
  • To notify you about changes to our Service, low balance alerts, or plan requests.
  • To enable features like AI Chatbot and Auto-replies.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity.

3. Data Retention and Security

We store your account and profile data for as long as your account remains active. We implement state-of-the-art security measures to protect your credentials, API keys, and session keys. Incoming messages are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours to ensure privacy.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If you enable the AI Chatbot feature, we may transmit message contents to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude) via their APIs to generate automated responses. These transmissions are governed by the respective provider's privacy terms.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged into the dashboard. These are essential cookies, and disabling them will prevent you from accessing authenticated parts of the platform.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data directly through your profile settings. You can also request complete deletion of your account and related information by contacting us.
